IRVING, TX--(Marketwired - August 11, 2016) - EPIC Fuels congratulates Desert Jet Center on the opening of their FBO (Fixed Base Operation) at the Jacqueline Cochran Regional Airport (KTRM) in Palm Springs/Thermal, California, to the business and general aviation community. Desert Jet Center's full-service FBO offers executive aircraft handling services for travelers to the Coachella Valley and Palm Springs area by air, including Jet A fueling, parking, inside hangar storage, terminal services, aircraft detailing and FAA-certified maintenance on jet aircraft. Specialized concierge services such as ground transportation and aircraft inflight catering are also available. Desert Jet Center is also one of the newest acceptance locations for the EPIC Card.
In addition to marking the opening of their new upscale, interim facility located directly on the airport's main arrival ramp, just yards from the airport's 8500-foot-long runway, Desert Jet Center was recently designated as a Corporate Aircraft Association (CAA) preferred FBO at the KTRM. CAA Preferred FBOs are selected by votes by the CAA members and considerations going into the decision are excellence of service and price.
Desert Jet Center expects that the construction of its new five-acre aviation facility will be completed by the end of this year. Hangar space is available to accommodate aircraft up to the size of the Gulfstream G650, one of the newest and largest business aviation aircraft, and ramp space to accommodate aircraft as large as a Boeing 767 is ample.
