EPLiveOnLine and Autism Today Form Strategic Alliance

JOHNSTOWN, PA--(Marketwire - November 28, 2007) - EP Global Communications, Inc. (OTCBB: EPGL), EPGL/VEMICS (EPLiveOnLine-EPLO) and SNC ("Special Needs Corp./") announced today their recent "Strategic Alliance" and development of the "Autism Orlando Biennial Conference 2008," presented by Autism Today, US Autism and Asperger Association (USAAA), and EPLiveOnLine.

The entities have agreed to leverage their resources for the purpose of bringing an appropriate focus to bear on Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) through the upcoming conference, which will take place in Orlando, Florida February 14-17, 2008. The conference will feature 22 of the world's foremost autism experts speaking on topics covering the full range of need-to-know information about autism spectrum disorders across the lifespan. Among the experts who will be presenting will be Dr. Mark Geier, Dr. Phillip DeMio, Dr. James Neubrander, Dr. Jerry Kartzinel, Dr. Doreen Granpeesheh, Dr. Arthur Krigsman, Dr. Jeff Bradstreet, Dr. Stephen Shore, Dr. Dan Rossignol, Raun Kaufman, Dr. David Berger, and many more.

Certain segments of the conference will be available live via Vemics LiveAccess and via streaming video delivered into both civilian and military market segments, such as the Army, Navy, Marines, and Air Force. EPGL and EPLO will arrange for a minimum of ten live interactive sites around the country, which will be at clinics, hospitals, university lecture halls, auditoriums, or at offices of Autism Organizations. EP will use its best efforts to approach these organizations. These sites will be equipped with Vemics LiveAccess Systems where parents, physicians, nurses, occupational and physical therapists, teachers, etc., will be invited to attend and will be able to participate live with presenters. CME and CEU credit will also be offered.

EPLO will broadcast the program to an indefinite number of attendees via streaming video. At the end of the production, a DVD set will be produced and made available for sale through the EP Bookstore and respective Web sites.
