Epolin, Inc. Announces $0.02 Regular Annual Cash Dividend to Be Paid May 14, 2008

NEWARK, NJ--(Marketwire - April 16, 2008) - EPOLIN, INC. (OTCBB: EPLN) (www.epolin.com) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a $0.02 per share regular annual cash dividend which shall be paid on May 14, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on April 30, 2008.

The Company reported that this dividend represents the third regular annual cash dividend declared by the Board of Directors pursuant to the Company's dividend policy which was announced in April 2006. Since then, the Company has also declared two special cash dividends.
