Epolin, Inc. Announces Termination of Discussions With Possible Acquirer


NEWARK, NJ--(Marketwire - September 8, 2010) -  EPOLIN, INC. ("Epolin" or the "Company") (OTCBB: EPLN) (www.epolin.com) today announced that it has received a letter from the proposed strategic purchaser, with whom Epolin had signed an exclusivity letter, that such proposed purchaser was terminating discussions regarding a proposed transaction to acquire the Company. As a result, Epolin's obligation to negotiate exclusively with such party has been terminated as well.

Epolin will continue to pursue strategic and financial options which it believes are in the best interests of its shareholders including but not limited to a potential sale to a third party. There can be no assurance that any such transaction can or will be completed.
