E'Prime Aerospace Corporation Comments on Ongoing Litigation

FALLS CHURCH, VA--(Marketwire - September 21, 2007) - E'Prime Aerospace Corporation (PINKSHEETS: EPEO) wants to assure its shareholders that the on going litigation between James D. Oldham III and Bob G Davis will have no effect on the corporation, nor will it alter potential changes in corporate management and the structure of the company.
