Epygi Advances the QX IP PBX Line With Release 6.1.5

PLANO, TX--(Marketwired - November 18, 2015) - Epygi Technologies, a worldwide provider of IP PBXs, gateways and conference servers supporting small businesses to enterprise's telephony needs, is excited to announce the Software 6.1.5 release for their QX line, including updates, new features and a redesigned ACD system. New phones and interoperability options have been added to Epygi's already extensive lineup of supported IP phones.All updates have resulted in a feature rich Unified Communications system designed to be the center of any solution.

The Epygi ACD has been updated to a web based application to allow call center agents, supervisors and administrators to monitor queues and agents, as well as create and utilize custom Status and Wrap Up codes. Supervisors and administrators have the ability to update and review their agents' status for optimum productivity. Additionally, they can view call statistics in real-time and produce statistical reports, all without the need for an external database server.The licensable Epygi ACD Console (EAC) operates through your web browser, so it can be accessed on mobile and tablet devices. The new EAC is a robust solution for smaller to medium call centers, with the QX50 (http://www.epygi.com/products/qx50) or QX200 (http://www.epygi.com/products/qx200), or enterprise call centers, with the QX2000 (http://www.epygi.com/products/qx2000).

The software update also includes Phone Book support, a new Recording Tool, enhancements to the popular Find Me Follow Me feature and more, providing the best user experience to date.
