eQuest Releases Sophisticated Prediction Tool That Determines the Highest Probability of Job Board and Social Media Success in Internet Talent Advertising

It is the first time a job posting device has synced with over 1.5 Billion pieces of highly-flexed, data-optimized statistics to predict -- in real-time -- which job boards and social media sites can produce the highest percentage of qualified candidates for a specific job in a specific location.

eQuest provides job distribution services to the majority of the Global Fortune 500 in over 180 countries and was first to introduce candidate data / predictive analytics to the job distribution market.

Free to eQuest customers, the new prediction tool can analyze -- in a microsecond -- the effectiveness of job boards and social media outlets prior to posting (or paying for) a single job board fee.

By utilizing key pieces of the job requisition, an automated search is launched against eQuest's massive database to establish which career sites have the best candidate response rates, number of applications submitted, popularity, speed of candidate responsiveness, and many other aspects. Each board is ranked, scored, and returned to the eQuest user.

No dashboards.

In a simple thumbs up / thumbs down recommendation approach on the user's picklist screen, a user can choose only the destinations that received the highest marks and eliminate boards that received lower rankings. Users can also open a window to review how each board scored individually.

The recommendation engine will be released in October 2014 and will have its debut to specific customers and Applicant Tracking partners in September.
