As the University of Florida looked to increase hiring efforts and expand their workforce, changing legislation and evolving technologies prompted the need for a new approach to an antiquated process. Deciding it was time to do away with the paper forms, the University worked to automate onboarding to improve efficiencies and ensure compliance.

During this session, Julia Bailey, senior director of Product Management for Equifax Workforce Solutions, and Melissa Curry, director of Recruitment and Staffing for the University of Florida will explore the University's experience moving from a bulky paper process to a streamlined, full-service onboarding system. Bailey and Curry will examine the advantages of electronic onboarding and demonstrate how the technology works to enhance the new hire experience and increase compliance, accuracy and efficiency.
