Equity Subscription and Issue of Convertible Loan Notes

                              Equity Subscription and Issue of Convertible Loan Notes
                                                         
Etaireia  is pleased to announce that the Company has raised a total £89,400 through the issue of ordinary  shares
and  loan notes. The Company has raised £49,400 by way of a subscription for 19,760,000 new ordinary shares  at  a
price of 0.25p pence per share (the "Subscription").

The  Company  has raised £40,000 zero coupon, convertible loan notes ("Loan Notes"). The Loan Notes are  unsecured
and convertible at a price of 0.25 pence per share, exercisable at any time up to 5 September 2017.

The  funds  raised  through the Subscription and the issue of Loan Notes will be used to implement  the  Company's
investment strategy which focuses on the property and real estate sector.

As  a  result  of  the Subscription, SVS Securities PLC holds a total of 80,696,000 ordinary shares,  representing
7.27% of share capital of the Company.

In  accordance with the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Board of Etaireia confirms that following the
issue of shares above, the Company has 1,110,539,568 ordinary shares of 0.01p in issue carrying voting rights.

The  above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine
if  they  are  required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Etaireia  under  the  FCA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
