eResearch Issues Initiating Report on A-Cap Resources Limited

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 12, 2006) - eResearch analysts, Oliver Schatz, M.Sc. (Geology), and Bob Weir, B.Sc., B.Comm., CFA, have written an Initiating Report on A-Cap Resources Limited (ASX:ACB). A-Cap Resources is an Australian incorporated and publicly listed junior minerals exploration company with its primary focus of activities in Botswana, Africa.

In the Report, the Analysts state that, "Of significant note, A-Cap recently announced its intention to spin off its non-uranium assets into a separate entity. This will provide investors with an opportunity to participate in an intriguing pure-play uranium company, and a separate entity having a portfolio of gold, base metal, and diamond interests."

The Analysts go on to say, "A-Cap's principal uranium property in Botswana is the Mokobaesi uranium prospect, which hosts an historical resource ... Should a JORC-compliant (similar to NI 43-101) mineable resource be outlined by sufficient drilling, Mokobaesi could represent a sizable and economically-viable uranium deposit."
