eResearch Issues Initiating Report on Forum Development Corp.

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Oct. 26, 2005) - eResearch analyst, David Scott, B.Sc. (Geology), has written an Initiating Report on Forum Development Corp. (TSX VENTURE:FDC). Forum Development is a junior Canadian mining company active in uranium exploration and coal-bed methane development. It has two uranium properties in the Athabasca Basin region in northern Saskatchewan, and one coal-bed methane project in British Columbia.

In the Report, Mr. Scott states, "The Company has large, well-positioned uranium projects in the Athabasca Basin, reliable property development funding, an experienced management team with solid technical advisors, and recent positive assay results."

Mr. Scott goes on to say, "With substantial price increases in both uranium and natural gas over the past years, in addition to the favourable projections for these commodities, we believe Forum's share price has significant upside potential."
