Erickson Living Achieves Record 2012 Apartment-Home Sales

94 Percent Independent Living Occupancy Sets Industry Standard

BALTIMORE, MD--(Marketwire - Feb 21, 2013) - In 2012, Erickson Living achieved record apartment-home sales, securing 1,830 settlements. This sales milestone is a nearly 16 percent increase in total annual sales from the previous year. With robust sales, Erickson Living's occupancy continues to exceed industry standards and positions the company for long-term success.
