LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - Sep 11, 2012) - Farmers Insurance, one of the largest personal lines insurers in the U.S., has announced the appointment of Erin Freeman to the newly created position of Head of Communications.

Freeman brings more than 15 years experience in the real estate, financial services and retail industries to Farmers Insurance where she will oversee all internal, employee, agent and external communications.
