Erin McDougald Joins Canoe as Account Manager

MONTREAL, QUEBEC--(CCNMatthews - March 13, 2007) - Canoe Inc, Canada's leading news and information website (www.canoe.ca), today announced the appointment of Erin McDougald as Account Manager with Canoe's national sales team. Ms. McDougald will work out of Canoe's Toronto office.

With seven years experience in the sales and marketing industry, Ms. McDougald previously worked for Rogers Media where she was an Account Manager with Marketing Magazine. In this role, Ms. McDougald created custom campaigns using online, custom publishing and sponsorship opportunities and she developed new and innovative products to meet industry needs. Prior to joining Rogers Media, Ms. McDougald worked for Rogers Publishing as District Sales Manager (Western Canada) for Media Information Network. With sales and marketing responsibilities for both print and web versions of several publications, including CARD, National List of Advertisers and Publication Profiles, Ms.McDougald developed extensive relationships with marketers across Toronto and Western Canada.
