Ervin Equipment Joins Wabash National and Transcraft Dealer Networks

Diversified Equipment Dealer Serves Customers in Multiple Industries

LAFAYETTE, IN--(Marketwire - Feb 28, 2012) - Ervin Equipment, Inc. recently joined the dealer network for both Wabash National and its subsidiary, Transcraft. Through its Laredo, Tex. location Ervin now offers Wabash National dry and refrigerated vans as well as Transcraft and Benson platform trailers in south Texas and Mexico.

With over 30 years of experience sourcing and providing new and used equipment, Ervin initially started by hauling sand and gravel. Today the company serves customers around the globe, providing equipment for agriculture, construction, power generation, oil and energy in addition to transportation.

"Our goal is to offer quality equipment that we would buy back from the customer -- American-made products that withstand the test of time and the demands of the road," said founder and CEO of Ervin Equipment Corporation, Greg Ervin. "Wabash National's DuraPlate dry van line and ArcticLite refrigerated vans are premium products that meet these criteria with the lowest total cost of ownership resulting in higher residuals."

"Ervin is committed to embracing emerging trends and adapting its business model to enhance the customer experience," said Todd Chrzan, director of dealer development at Wabash National. "Partnering with a forward-thinking dealer like Ervin extends our reach to new customers in diverse segments of the marketplace."

"Both Wabash National and Transcraft have strong, long-standing relationships with Ervin in the used trailer business," said Dudley Gayman, director of sales for Transcraft.
