EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Feb. 20, 2012) - On February 19, 2012, inmate Michael BEARBOY was discovered missing during the Stan Daniels Healing Centre 9:30 p.m. count. Stan Daniels Healing Centre immediately contacted the police and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Michael BEARBOY, 42 years old is described as 173 cm (5'8") in height, his weight is 106 kg (234 lbs), he has brown eyes and black hair, and has a tattoo of a cat on his left upper arm as well as a scar and burns on his left forearm. He is currently serving 7 years and 4 months for Manslaughter and Escape lawful custody.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of BEARBOY is asked to contact police.
CSC and Stan Daniels Healing Centre will be conducting a joint investigation into the circumstances surrounding the incident and are working with the Edmonton Police Service to locate this offender as quickly as possible.
CSC has provided the police all available information to assist in the inmate's apprehension.
