Escape the Cold With Bahamas Winter Warm Up Competition

Win a 4 Day/3 Night Stay in the Bahamas by Entering Video Competition

NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwired - February 09, 2015) - Across the US, particularly the Northeast, people have been braving harsh winter weather from freezing temperatures and seemingly non-stop snow storms and The Bahamas Ministry of Tourism is saving the day by launching the 'Bahamas Winter Warm Up' competition starting at 9am EST on February 7th. The #BahamasWinterWarmUp competition is the perfect opportunity for someone to escape the current frigid temperatures and bask in the warmth, hospitality and luxury of The Islands Of The Bahamas.

To enter, participants should post a creative video explaining why they would rather be in The Islands Of The Bahamas enjoying the sun, sand and sea! The winner will receive a trip for two, for four days and three nights at the beautiful Turquoise Cay boutique hotel in The Exumas. The Exumas are an exotic collection of islands, surrounded by sapphire-blue water everywhere, and most importantly is averaging temperatures of 75 degrees Fahrenheit! The Exumas are the perfect antidote for those suffering from the Winter blues. Participants will have until February 20th, 2015 to submit their video entries.

Rules for Bahamas Winter Warm Up Competition
The following requirements must be fulfilled in order to be entered in to the competition: the video must be between 15-60 seconds and is the entrant's original creation; entrant's physical likeness is featured in the video; entrants must make reference to the winter conditions they are facing; everyone appearing in the video must have provided written consent; submissions must be accompanied with the hashtag, #BahamasWinterWarmUp.
