Clamping Welding End Prep Tool features extra wide clamps for rigidly mounting inside the pipe and incorporates hardened steel contact points for added durability. Simple to operate, this portable end prep tool produces a clean, consistent thick chip without cutting oils and eliminates the need for hand grinding or using complex clamshell tools.

Suitable for prepping 4-1/2" I.D. to 18" O.D. pipe, the MILLLHOG^® Dictator I.D. Clamping Welding End Prep Tool is available with a wide variety of formed tool blades to produce compound end preps on stainless steel, super duplex, and other hard to machine alloys. Powered by a pneumatic motor, this tool develops 4,000 ft.-lbs. of torque. A hydraulic motor is optional.
