("eShippers" or the "Company") (NEX:EPX.H) is pleased to announce that, subject to NEX approval, Mr. Edward Leung has been appointed as a director of the Company. Mr. Leung obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration from Simon Fraser University in 1982 and has been a CPA since 1988. Mr. Leung has over 30 years of experience in real estate, manufacturing, and finance. He has been the Controller of Quality Management Ltd since 1985 and a director of Getty Copper Inc. since 2005.
The Company also announces that Ms. Michelle Gahagan has resigned as a director of eShippers to focus on her other business interests. eShippers wishes to thank Ms. Gahagan for her service.
The board of directors of eShippers is now comprised of Gerald Shields, Michael Curtis Leo Berezan and Edward Leung.
