Eskay Announces Grant of Options and Additions to Advisory Team

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwired - Nov. 19, 2014) - Eskay Mining Corp. ("Eskay" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:ESK) wishes to announce that an aggregate of 1,050,000 options to purchase common shares of Eskay at $0.08 per share for five years have been granted to one (1) director and executive officer (as to 700,000) and two (2) consultants (as to 350,000) of Eskay.

The grants are subject to acceptance by the TSX Venture Exchange.

Eskay is pleased to announce that it is adding Charlie Greig, P. Geo, and Tom Weis to its Advisory Team. Messrs. Greig and Weis join Jim Rogers, P. Geo, to provide ongoing advice and guidance on geological and geophysical issues to the management of Eskay.

Charlie Greig is a geologist with over thirty years of experience in the exploration industry. His main area of expertise is in geologic mapping, particularly as it applies to mineral exploration, and he has worked on exploration projects from grass-roots to development.

Charlie has mapped, or worked on, a number of projects which have subsequently been put into production, including La India in Mexico (Grayd-Agnico Eagle), Wolverine in Yukon (Atna-Westmin, Yukon Zinc), Alamo Dorado in Mexico (Corner Bay-Pan American Silver), and Bisha in Eritrea (Nevsun). He has also worked on a number of advanced exploration projects which are not yet mines, but which have either reached an advanced stage of exploration, are in development, or have had a significant history of mining. These include: Brucejack Lake (Pretivm), Asmara (Emba Derho, Adi Nefas, and Debarwa, for Sunridge Gold), Red Mountain (Lac Minerals, Seabridge), Casino (Western Copper and Gold), and Silbak Premier-Big Missouri (Westmin, Ascot Resources).

Tom Weis has 37 years of geophysical experience in the exploration, engineering and environmental industries worldwide. He is experienced in airborne, ground and borehole geophysical techniques. Tom was formerly the Chief Geophysicist for Newmont Mining (worldwide) and Normand Mining (Australia and worldwide).
