Espion Hires VP Sales and Opens West Coast Sales Office
BATON ROUGE, LA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- March 6, 2006 -- Espion International, Inc. (OTC: EPLJ),
maker of encrypted email security products, announced that Doug Sherrod has
joined its executive team as vice president of sales, and will head
Espion's new West Coast sales office.
A technology sales veteran with over 25 years of experience, Mr. Sherrod
has been instrumental in building sales teams at several technology
companies, including the formation of Force Computers, Inc.'s United States
operations which grew from start-up in 1983 to over $1.5 million in revenue
in less than fifteen months. Force was later sold to Solectron for $187
million. In 1987, Mr. Sherrod co-founded Allied Telesyn International and
built a sales team that generated over $200 million in sales by 1995.
