ESPRE Solutions Announces Video Initiatives for Wireless Carrier Market for Q4 2007

PLANO, TX -- (MARKET WIRE) -- April 3, 2007 -- ESPRE Solutions, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EPRT), a Dallas-based media solutions and technology company with a revolutionary and patented video compression technology, today announced its plans to address the growing demand for wireless video collaboration solutions in the carrier market.

ESPRE has long been considered a pioneer in the wireless video collaboration space, winning numerous awards for its revolutionary mobile video collaboration solution, eViewLink, including the Award of Excellence during the 2004 SuperComm Telecom Show, the 2005 CTIA Show's Wireless Widget Award, and also Communications Solutions™ Product of the Year Award. eViewLink was initially created as a prototype solution for demonstrating mobile video collaboration solutions over a wireless handheld (PDA).

Today, ESPRE is making an announcement that its mobile video initiatives have captured the attention of several major U.S. carriers and hardware device manufacturers, all under non-disclosure, and that ESPRE is planning to develop a unique platform for the carrier market for mobile video collaboration solutions utilizing ESPRE's recently released, eViewMedia Engine™. Already, ESPRE has begun development, for a well-known carrier, a next generation collaboration solution which includes real-time collaborative video over both wired and wireless networks, in multiple environments including desktop computers and mobile devices. Currently, this carrier relationship and the specifics applications being developed are also under non-disclosure.

The underlying technology development path includes developing a new ESPRE Video CODEC on a DSP platform. ESPRE will be in a strong position to leverage the deployment of next generation DSP processor architectures when they hit the market later this year. This DSP development strengthens ESPRE's ability to deliver real-time video collaboration solutions over low-end processors.

Pete Ianace, CEO and President of ESPRE Solutions, states, "This initiative leverages our core technology into many of the new web-enabled devices being deployed to the global carrier market. With more than 800 Million global wireless web users today, both users and carriers are seeking new applications. First there was voice, then text messaging, and now video streaming. The next obvious evolution for mobile communications is the successful deployment of business quality interactive video chat solutions for consumers and enterprise vertical applications. When combined with the deployment of new broadband wireless networks, this application will become a reality within the next 12 months and ESPRE has already proven that it can deliver a wireless solution that has both processor and bandwidth constraints."
