Essential Energy Services Ltd. and Technicoil Corporation Announce Annual & Special Meeting Dates

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - April 19, 2011) - Essential Energy Services Ltd. (TSX:ESN) ("Essential") and Technicoil Corporation (TSX:TEC) ("Technicoil") announced today that the annual and special meetings to be held in connection with the proposed arrangement involving Essential, Technicoil, and the shareholders and optionholders of Technicoil (the "Arrangement"), announced on April 4, 2011 are scheduled to be held on May 30, 2011. The record dates for both the Essential and Technicoil annual and special meetings is May 4, 2011.

By way of this announcement, Essential is changing the date of its previously announced annual general meeting scheduled for May 12, 2011. The matters intended to be addressed at that meeting are intended to be addressed in connection with the Arrangement on May 30, 2011.
