(TSX:ESN) ("Essential") and Technicoil Corporation (TSX:TEC) ("Technicoil") jointly announce today that the joint information circular and proxy statement for the annual and special meetings of the shareholders of Essential and the shareholders and optionholders of Technicoil to be held in connection with the proposed arrangement involving Essential, Technicoil, and the shareholders and optionholders of Technicoil (the "Arrangement"), each scheduled to be held on May 30, 2011, have been mailed. The record dates for both the Essential and Technicoil annual and special meetings is May 4, 2011.
