Estrella International Energy Services Ltd. Proposed Consolidation

Estrella International Energy Services Ltd. ("Estrella" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:EEN) announces that, as previously disclosed, the Company proposes to consolidate is issued and outstanding Common Shares by a ratio of 100:1 or on the basis of such lesser consolidation ratio as may be approved by the Board of Directors of the Company and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange of at least 10:1 (the "Consolidation") with any resulting fraction being rounded either up or down to the next highest or lowest number of the whole consolidated common shares, as the case may be.

Accordingly, Shareholders will be asked to pass a special resolution authorizing the Consolidation at the Company's annual and general meeting of shareholders to be held on August 19, 2013.

Management of the Corporation believes that the proposed Consolidation will better position the Corporation to raise the funds it requires to finance ongoing business activities and to better reflect the size and scope of the company's operations going forward subsequent to the previously announced acquisition of San Antonio International Colombia (see the Company's press release dated August 1, 2013).

There are currently 299,476,450 Common Shares issued and outstanding and following the Consolidation it is anticipated there will be a minimum of 2,994,764 and a maximum of 29,947,645 common shares outstanding.
