eTelCharge.com to File SEC Form 14A and Issue Proxy Relating to the Company's Planned Merger With American Home Market Corporation

The record date for shareholders is September 12, 2006 and a Meeting of Shareholders will be held on October 12, 2006 at the corporate office at 8 a.m. cst. The effective date of this transaction, pending shareholder approval and SEC acceptance of the Form 14A will be October 12, 2006.
