Premier Customer Event Reveals Telemanager Roadmap

At this first Annual Customer Focused Forum, Etelesolv shared its product-specific roadmap for Telemanager as well as best practices from current customers.

The keynote presentation was done by a large Canadian financial institution. The scope of the implementation covered over 80 different asset types representing over 400,000 services. They shared information on how automation is driving ongoing cost avoidance both in telecom and IT helpdesk operations years after being installed.
