Etrion Announces New Board Director

GENEVA, SWITZERLAND--(Marketwire - Sept. 22, 2010) - Etrion Corporation ("Etrion" or the "Company") (TSX:ETX), an independent solar power producer, announces a change to its board of directors. Clarence Cottman has tendered his resignation as a director, and the Etrion board has appointed Aksel Azrac as his replacement. Mr. Azrac is a senior partner and co-founder of 1875 Finance SA, an asset management and investment advisory firm based in Geneva, Switzerland.
