Euoko Enters Into Definitive Distribution Agreements With Space NK

TORONTO, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - May 1, 2008) - Euoko, a luxury skin care brand owned by Euoko Group Inc. (OTCBB:EUOK), announced today that it has entered into definitive distribution agreements with premier beauty retailer, Space NK Limited (Space NK), for retail distribution in both the United Kingdom and the United States.

Space NK, which first opened its doors in 1993 in Covent Garden, London, is a leading distributor of high quality, original and effective beauty products from innovators and specialists around the world. The company's distribution network includes 59 stores throughout the United Kingdom, 4 stores in eastern United States, the Space NK catalogue and 2 online web stores at www.spacenk.co.uk and www.spacenk.com. Space NK's portfolio includes such brands as Natura Bisse, ReVive, Acqua di Parma, Chantecaille and NARS.

Through this alliance, Space NK will begin to offer Euoko's line of luxury skin care products at its key stores in the United Kingdom, at all its US stores, through its online web stores and through the Space NK catalogue.
