NOT FOR RELEASE IN THE UNITED STATES OR TO U.S. NEWS WIRE SERVICES.

Eurocontrol Technics Group Inc. (TSX VENTURE:EUO) ("Eurocontrol" or the "Company"), a Canadian public company specializing in the acquisition, development and commercialization of innovative energy security, authentication, verification and certification technologies, through its wholly owned subsidiary Xenemetrix Ltd., is pleased to announce the winning of a tender, and order placement, by SPA Center Republic Unitary Enterprise "SPA Center", the scientific production division of The National Academy of Sciences of Belarus that deals with the development and manufacture of crushing, grinding and classifying equipment to process and concentrate ore and non-metallic materials.

The tender win involves Xenemetrix's most advanced laboratory EDXRF manufactured system, the X-7600 SDD LE. The X-7600 SDD LE is a versatile high-energy laboratory EDXRF spectrometer that can analyze liquids, solids, slurries, powders, pellets and air filters in different environmental conditions such as air, vacuum and helium. It provides high sensitivity along a wide range of elements bringing minimum detection levels as low as tens of parts-per-billion (ppb's). EX-7600SDD LE, implements the most advanced Silicon Drift Detector Technology with Light Elements optimization widening the elemental analysis range from Carbon (6) to Fermium (100) making it one of a kind in the world EDXRF market.

This tender win contributes to Xenemetrix's growing presence in the Belarus market and is additional to two recent sales made in Belarus for a total of approximately US$310,000, making Xenemetrix a significant supplier of EDXRF systems to government organizations in Belarus. This sale opens the ability to certify Xenemetrix products by the Belarus government, opening this market for additional sales.

Doron Reinis, Xenemetrix's CEO, stated, "The growth in the Belarusian market brings new opportunities for Xenemetrix in a new market with a large potential for sales and cooperation in a wide variety of applications development. The X-7600 is the ideal system for both manufacturing support processes and R&D activities."
