VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - April 21, 2011) - EurOmax Resources Limited (TSX VENTURE:EOX)(PINK SHEETS:EOXFF) ("EurOmax" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. William P. Armstrong, P. Eng., has joined the Company's technical advisory board effective immediately.

He will complement the geological experience and talent of our existing technical advisors, Dr. Roger Moss and Dr. Quinton Hennigh, very well."

The Company also reports that it has issued 900,000 stock options to various consultants pursuant to the Company's stock option plan. The options have been issued subject to regulatory approval and are exercisable at $0.35 per share with a five year term.
