Europe Refuses to Regulate Biomass Fuels, an Industrial Info News Alert

The EC has decided to call on member nations to comply voluntarily with guidelines that promote the sustainable use of fuels such as plant and wood biomass, but stops short of actually enforcing them. The EC claims that any attempt to try and enforce biomass guidelines would be too complex and too costly.
