Euroseas Announces Fourth Quarter and Full-Year 2006 Results Release Date, Conference Call and Webcast

MAROUSSI, ATHENS, GREECE -- (MARKET WIRE) -- February 22, 2007 -- Euroseas Ltd. (NASDAQ : ESEA ), an
owner and operator of drybulk carriers, container ship and multipurpose
vessels and provider of seaborne transportation for dry bulk and
containerized cargoes, announced today it will release its fourth quarter
and full-year results for the period ended December 31, 2006, after the
close of the financial markets in New York on Tuesday, February 27, 2007.
On Wednesday, February 28, 2007, at 10:00 a.m. EST, Euroseas's management
