The Company recently filed an 8K which disclosed the settlement between the former Board of Directors and Big Apple Consulting USA, Inc. As part of the settlement, control of Evans Systems, Inc. was transferred to Frank Moody, former CEO of Homeland Integrated Security Systems Inc.
