Evans Systems, Inc. Changes Name to WatchIt Technologies, Inc.

Symbol Change to Be Announced Soon

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - August 15, 2007) - Effective Tuesday, August 14, 2007, Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) has changed its name to WatchIt Technologies, Inc. The Company has also filed for a symbol change and will be making that announcement in the near future.

WatchIt Technologies is an Internet-driven, point of sale corporation which is currently utilizing three divisions: Child Watch Network, Billboard Music Academy, and Boondoggle UK. The Child Watch Network specializes in point of sale digital display units; Billboard Music Academy is creating a revolutionary social network for America's musicians, and Boondoggle UK has produced overwhelming interest from pub operators throughout Great Britain.
