Evans Systems, Inc. to Exhibit at the Licensing International Expo 2007 in New York City

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - June 5, 2007) - Between the dates of June 19 and June 21, 2007, executives from Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) will attend the Licensing International Expo 2007 in New York City. While attending this event, key meetings with potential partners and licensees for the Child Watch Network will also be hosted.

The Expo will make available a variety of potential advertising opportunities within numerous categories including entertainment, automotive, apparel and fashion, food and beverage, and sports. Licensing International showcases more than 6,000 brands internationally to a wide network of manufacturers, licensees, retailers, and listing agents. At past Licensing Expos, an average of 86 percent of all attendees initiated or finalized deals. Evans Systems will be exhibiting at booth #4155.

Child Watch of North America's mission is to help prevent child abduction through the distribution of the KIDGUARD Safety Program. The KIDGUARD Program teaches parents and children how to recognize and react to potentially dangerous situations. The Child Watch Network (CWN) will be provided through digital signage systems in various commercial areas nationwide. Business entities having expressed interest in carrying the Child Watch Network include gas stations, restaurants, retail locations and more.
