Evans Systems, Inc. and HumWare Media Corp. Execute a Multi-Million Dollar Digital Signage Development Contract for New Child Watch Network

ASHEVILLE, NC--(Marketwire - June 6, 2007) - Evans Systems, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVSY) and HumWare Media Corp. (PINKSHEETS: HMWM) have signed a significant five-year contract for the development and maintenance of the Child Watch Network through Evans Systems, Inc.

Evans Systems placed a $4,600,000 order in accordance with the terms of a Development and Maintenance agreement signed June 1, 2007 between the two companies. HumWare agreed to create, develop and maintain a new digital Child Watch Network for Evans Systems for the next five years. The Child Watch Network will provide instantaneous updates on missing children alerts, together with numerous advertising opportunities in retail outlets. Evans Systems intends to implement an aggressive installation process that will result in placing the Child Watch Network on more than one thousand screens in retail venues across the nation.

Child Watch Network, a division of Evans Systems, Inc., recently announced projected annual revenues to exceed $7 million. The current projections, however, are based on only 40% of the network's capabilities. At full capacity, the network could promote as many as fifteen ads per location.

Evans Systems, Inc. has signed a licensing agreement with Child Watch of North America, a non-profit company that focuses on the search, rescue, and recovery of children who are missing in North America. Child Watch sponsors include Shell, Continental Airlines, Pizza Hut, and Toys R Us, among others.

John Huemoeller II, CEO of HumWare Media, states, "We have worked diligently to build the infrastructure which allowed us to put this agreement in place and to be able to deliver on the contract. We look forward to working with the Evans Systems team to oversee the implementation and operation of the new network."

"This collaborative effort has been extraordinary, and is excellent news for our shareholders. HumWare's digital signage expertise, along with their hardware solutions and software systems which are already in place will enable Evans to begin a rapid rollout of the new Child Watch Network across America. We are well poised to begin fulfilling our development strategy. Details about our deployment plan and announcements of new relationships will be forthcoming," stated Frank Moody, CEO of Evans Systems, Inc.
