EverString Expands Executive Leadership Team; Names Jim Walker Vice President of Marketing

Marketing Veteran Aids Expansion of Predictive Analytics to Improve Lead Scoring and Demand Generation

With deep experience in emerging technologies, Walker adds the necessary marketing expertise to aid the expansion and rapid growth of EverString and the adoption of predictive demand generation.

Walker joins EverString from Hortonworks where he was Senior Director of Product Marketing and was instrumental in the messaging and content creation that accelerated adoption of the Hortonworks Data Platform and Apache Hadoop. He is an expert in early stage product marketing, product management and the messaging and positioning that builds strong brands. Walker holds an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University and a Computer Engineering degree from the University of Illinois.
