EverString Hires Marketo Alum to Spearhead World-Class Customer Success Program

Reade Triolo Joins EverString as Head of Solutions & Success to Empower the Predictive Generation of Marketers

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwired - Sep 24, 2015) - EverString, a leading provider of predictive analytics for sales and marketing, today announced the appointment of Reade Triolo to serve as the organization's Head of Solutions and Success. Triolo will leverage his experience from marketing automation leader Marketo to develop a world class customer success program.

Triolo brings over 15 years of consulting and customer success experience to EverString, most recently serving as Director of Solutions Consulting at Marketo. Prior to Marketo, he served as Senior Manager of Customer Success at Xactly Corporation and Senior Solutions Consultant at both ExactTarget and IBM. His deliberate career path has armed him with critical expertise throughout every point of the sales cycle. Through his roles in solutions consulting and implementation, Triolo recognized a need for collaboration between pre-sales and post-sales processes to ensure greater customer success. At EverString, he will integrate these processes and align them with a customer success strategy to deliver a seamless product experience.
