EVINE Live Salutes Men and Women in Uniform During Special Veterans Day Partnership

During a One-Hour Special on Veterans Day, EVINE Live Will Premiere Sword & Plough, a Veteran-Owned Accessories Company, and Offer Customers Products Crafted in the USA From Repurposed Military Surplus

MINNEAPOLIS, MN--(Marketwired - Oct 28, 2015) - EVINE Live Inc. (NASDAQ: EVLV), a digital commerce company (evine.com), today announced a partnership with Sword & Plough, a veteran-owned fashion brand founded by two sisters raised in a military family residing at the United States Military Academy at West Point, one of whom is now an officer in the U.S. Army. Premiering during a one-hour special on Veterans Day, November 11th at 6pm ET, the Sword & Plough collection features military surplus repurposed into rugged yet stylish bags, packs and accessories.

Sword & Plough was founded by Emily and Betsy Nunez with the mission of empowering veteran employment, reducing waste and strengthening a shared civil-military understanding. Emily and Betsy are scheduled to appear on EVINE Live during the one-hour special on Veterans Day. During the special, viewers will be able to purchase a range of fashionable men's and women's accessories, including backpacks, satchels, handbags and more that are crafted in the USA by veterans using military surplus materials.

EVINE Live also is honoring those who have served our country with a special promotional spot featuring local veterans and first responders. Among those veterans featured in the tribute are 93-year-old Ernie Lamson, a paratrooper who served in World War II, and Nick Slavik who served in both Afghanistan and Iraq.

"We owe so much to our brave men and women in uniform and this partnership is one small way to show our support," said Russell Nuce, EVINE Live's Chief Strategy Officer. "While we can't comfort the child whose parent is overseas or the grieving mother who's lost a child to war, we can do our part as a retailer by offering customers products that support our military service members. In addition to being veteran-owned and American made, Sword & Plough generously donates a portion of their profits to veteran organizations. We like to support small businesses like Sword & Plough that deserve to have their stories heard."

"We're thrilled to partner with EVINE Live and introduce Sword & Plough to viewers throughout America," said Emily Nunez, Co-founder and CEO. "As a veteran myself, I felt it was important to create accessories that touch civilians in their everyday lives and remind them of the challenges our country and veterans face. Through EVINE Live's broad television and digital reach, we hope to tell this story and continue to bridge the gap between civilians and the military community."

In addition to its partnership with EVINE Live, Sword & Plough is one of the ten finalists in Quickbooks' Small Business Big Game Contest, a contest that awards one winner with a free Super Bowl commercial.
