Evolve Discovery Awarded Orange-Level Relativity Best in Service Designation

For the Third Year in a Row, Leading eDiscovery and Litigation Support Provider Evolve Discovery Is Awarded Relativity Best in Service

SAN FRANCISCO, CA--(Marketwire - Oct 24, 2012) - Evolve Discovery is proud to announce it has received Relativity Best in Service designation by kCura for the third consecutive year. Evolve Discovery is an Orange-level Relativity Best in Service partner, meaning Evolve Discovery meets the infrastructure, support, and expertise requirements of the program, while having more than 1,000 active concurrent users on a rolling basis. This recognition maintains Evolve Discovery's unbroken tenure as a premier Relativity host and reseller.

Evolve Discovery offers its clients a fully-featured e-discovery platform that lets users create and automate custom workflows, leverage a complete set of text analytics capabilities including computer-assisted review, and build custom applications within the software to manage and search all types of case-related data and information through its longstanding partnership with kCura.

"We are extremely pleased to be recognized for the third consecutive year as a Relativity Best in Service partner. Our partnership with kCura is an investment in the people and processes that drive and empower us to meet this rigorous industry's challenges head on. That investment is critical; through it we have developed the expertise needed to overcome our clients' most demanding eDiscovery and litigation support challenges," said Shamir B. Colloff, Chief Technology Officer of Evolve Discovery. "We have had a long and positive relationship with kCura, and we appreciate their recognizing our excellence in service."

Through a voluntary audit, Relativity Best in Service partners demonstrate their expertise and experience hosting projects in Relativity. kCura evaluates these partners in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. Additionally, Best in Service partners meet a set of requirements for their duration as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations, and core Relativity certifications.

kCura has two designations for Best in Service: Orange and Blue. While both sets of partners are certified to provide a quality Relativity experience, Orange-level partners like Evolve Discovery are recognized for making additional investments in people, process, and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts -- all while maintaining the high standards of Best in Service.

Evolve Discovery is also a Relativity Certified Reseller, providing experienced technical and administrative support for Relativity in-house deployment. Evolve Discovery has sold Relativity to multiple AMLaw 200 firms, while providing excellent customer service.

"We're excited that Evolve Discovery has been named a Relativity Best in Service partner for the third year in a row," said Andrew Sieja, president and CEO of kCura. "They've demonstrated a commitment to providing an exceptional Relativity experience at a large scale."
