ARLINGTON, VA--(Marketwire - Jun 21, 2011) - Excella Consulting, a technology and business consulting firm for federal and private sector organizations in the Washington, D.C. area, has entered a joint venture agreement with the National Technical Information Service (NTIS) of the U.S. Department of Commerce to provide program and project management services in support of e-Learning and Knowledge Management initiatives at Federal agencies.
Under this joint venture, Excella Consulting can provide a range of services to government agencies including an e-Learning Program Management Office (PMO), associated project management services, Agile SCRUM Master Training and Agile coaching, solution strategy development and portfolio management services. Government agencies utilizing the NTIS collaborative team will be able to benefit from Excella's deep expertise in providing information technology strategy, human resource system support and consulting services.

Specific initiatives included management of the Enterprise Human Resource Integration (EHRI) for OPM, strategic management for the Federal Enterprise Architecture at OMB and strategic technology planning with DoD CPMS for human resources technology, as well as providing PMO support to GSA's e-Authentication program.
