Built upon the foundation of the very successful ISE Award Program Series™ instituted in 2003, the Mid-Atlantic Award will be conferred for the first time this June and will become a yearly event. There are five other regional programs and a National program. Within each region and at ISE National, the ISE Award is presented to a chief security officer or an executive in an equivalent position who has overall responsibility for network and/or Internet security and who demonstrates outstanding leadership in the field of information security. For ISE Mid-Atlantic, nominees are accepted from Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, DC.

The ISE Mid-Atlantic nominees will be evaluated by a distinguished panel of industry experts and past ISE nominees and winners. Five finalists and a winner will be revealed at the gala evening awards ceremony to be held on June 22nd.
