Executive Next Practices Forum Event, "The New Tranformational Leadership -- Execution 3.0," Slated to Feature QLogic Chairman, H.K. Desai

QLogic Corporation Chairman and Executives From Microsoft and MOVE, Inc. to Discuss "Transformational Leadership" at Southern California C-Level Mastermind Group Session on February 3

LOS ANGELES, CA--(Marketwire - January 28, 2011) - The Executive Next Practices Forum (ENP), a mastermind group for C-level executives to review leadership and business strategy, will host a roundtable panel -- "The New Transformational Leadership -- Execution 3.0" -- at the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management in Los Angeles on February 3.

Special guest speakers H.K. Desai, executive chairman of the board of QLogic Corporation; Dave Story, CTO of MOVE, Inc.; and John D. Rex, CFO of Microsoft North American Sales, Marketing and Services, will reveal a transformational leadership model that dramatically improves execution capability and results within a business. The panel dialogue will also examine how today's organizations are adapting to new markets, services and regulatory challenges. The roundtable will be moderated by Sudhir Chadalavada, an expert in the implementation of enlightened leadership principles.

"These speakers are innovative leaders that will encourage attendees to think about execution capability and results in a completely new way," says Scott Hamilton, President of the Executive Next Practices Institute.

The ENP gives its members a unique experience by implementing a highly-interactive session format with top-level speakers on inventive topics in strategic and tactical business practices. Rather than a "fly-by" networking experience, the ENP provides an environment for C-level executives to work together and build strong relationships.

As an exclusive mastermind group, the ENP follows a "next practices" development method, different from other networking organizations. This approach is more effective and aligned with the goals of its members. Attendance is restricted to qualified senior internal executives and their key advisors (HR, CMO, COO).

"The New Transformational Leadership -- Execution 3.0" will be held on February 3 from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. at the Pepperdine University Graziadio School of Business and Management, 6100 Center Drive, Los Angeles, in the Executive Conference Center, Room 203; breakfast included. Registration on or before February 1 is $65, and increases to $95 thereafter. To register for the February 3 event, visit www.regonline.com/ENP-Feb2011. About the Executive Next Practices Forum: The Executive Next Practices Forum (ENP) is an established group of Southern California Fortune 1000 C-level and top functional leaders (CFO, CMO, HR, CIO) who meet to discuss innovative business and leadership strategies. Roundtable sessions are held with a strict "no-selling" policy to encourage leaders to interact, engage and think collaboratively, and to ensure maximum relationship-building. The group follows a "next practices" development method which discards the status quo in favor of a more effective and relevant approach to today's business problems and tomorrow's solutions.
