Executive Team Announces Management Buyout of Q Inc

SAN FRANCISCO, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- August 11, 2005 -- Q Inc, an emerging leader in the network quality monitoring industry, today announced that its executive team has signed a definitive agreement to acquire the company from its former parent, interNetwork AG. The group, led by CEO Jeff Lindauer, purchased all shares of the company as well as all rights to develop, market and sell Q's agent technology worldwide.

The management buyout allows Q to focus on the rapidly emerging opportunity for its flagship Q-Agent product family. Q remains managed by the same team that has developed Q-Agent with all significant executives participating in the new corporate entity. Key product development and customer-focused functions will be enhanced and accelerated by the independent and privately held company.
