ExGen Resources Inc. Appoints Mark Swartout to the Board; Elmer Stewart Resigns

ExGen Resources Inc. (TSX VENTURE: EXG) (OTC PINK: BXXRF) (the "Company", or "ExGen") is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Mark Swartout to the board of directors of ExGen. Jason Riley, the President and CEO of ExGen stated, "We are extremely pleased to bring Mark Swartout onto our Board of Directors. Mr. Swartout has acted in an advisory capacity and has been a director of several companies. He also previously served on the Board of Directors of Legal Aid Saskatchewan. Mr. Swartout brings with him over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector and is President of a large insurance company operating across Western Canada and the Northern Territories. Mr. Swartout has been involved in the junior resource sector as an active investor in numerous private and public junior resource companies.

ExGen also announces that Mr. Elmer Stewart has resigned as a director and officer of the Company. Mr. Stewart was a founding director of the Company and formerly the CEO of the Company until May 2014.
