The announcement was made at EXIT's 14th annual convention being held at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville, TN.
Aligned with the company's mission to be the smartest real estate company in North America, EXIT Realty has partnered with OwnAmerica, the leading provider of training and technology to the real estate investment brokerage industry, to become the first real estate franchisor to offer this investor content on their website. Would-be and seasoned investors alike will benefit from an education program free to the public and a cutting edge investment calculator called the Case Study Calculator.
Investors will also be able to reach out to a certified investor specialist. To date, approximately 550 EXIT sales associates from over 100 brokerage companies in 43 states have become trained and certified investor specialists. The goal is to certify 2,500 EXIT agents across North America.
