FRANKLIN, TN--(Marketwired - September 19, 2016) - Tami Bonnell, CEO of EXIT Realty Corp. International today announced that the subfranchisor rights for the State of Kentucky have been awarded to Kenny Lynn and Stacy Strobl.
Lynn and Strobl have both been in the real estate and mortgage industries for more than 20 years. They joined EXIT Realty in 2012 as Franchisees in the greater Nashville area and assumed the regional rights to the state of Tennessee in a year later. Since then they have steadily increased EXIT's footprint across the state. With the addition of Kentucky, they will be concentrating first on developing middle Kentucky with further rapid expansion expected and a goal of 130 franchisees total in both states home to more than 4,500 agents.
