Expectations Guide Inc. Announces 2008 Pregnancy Guide Expansion

Coast-to-Coast Distribution Will Reach More Than One Million Pregnant Women Nationwide

PHOENIX, AZ--(Marketwire - August 28, 2007) - Expectations Guide Inc., publishers of Expectations Guide and Swell Pregnancy Guide, has announced their plans to add two new markets to their line-up in 2008.

Swell Pregnancy Guide will make its debut in Inland Empire (to be released January), CA and Oklahoma City (to be released October). In addition an expanded New York edition will be released in 2008 (to be released March) and will include Westchester County, New York County, Kings County, Queens County, Hudson County and Bergen County, NJ. The additions will push the company's annual distribution to more than one million copies annually throughout 34 cities.

Plans to create a single source on the web for expectant mothers are also underway. Through the design of a local web portal, regional extensions for all of the Expectations Guide and Swell Pregnancy Guide cities will let mothers know about businesses in their local area. The site's re-launch will roll out in February.

"We see the integration of our guide and website as a way to broaden our target market of expecting women," said Hillary Gurley, president. "Our website will attract expecting women whose primary source for information comes from the web, and our publication will serve as the traditional medium in which expecting women can learn more about local resources. This will only further position us as the most sought out pregnancy source on a local level."

Growth of Expectations Guide Inc. has soared from $157,000 in sales in 2004, to a projected $1.1 million in 2007. Revenues of $1.5 million are projected in 2008 due to the company's market expansion and anticipated webzine revenues.

Founded in 2003, Expectations Guide Inc. is the leading media company in delivering information about local resources for expecting women. Its 4-color annual publication reaches pregnant women in their first trimester through its distribution in pre-natal bags at participating OBGYN offices. The localized format allows local and national businesses and products to introduce their services at the time in which women embrace their pregnancy and start to think about their needs as they prepare for their baby.
