Experiential Marketing Executive Mark Anderson Joins Division Black

Anderson to Head up Division Black, an Experiential Marketing Division of Billups

PORTLAND, OR--(Marketwired - May 21, 2015) - Billups, the nation's largest independent Out-of-Home (OOH) media specialist agency, today announced that Mark Anderson will join Division Black as Executive Vice President. Billups launched Division Black earlier this year to meet the growing needs of its clients and establish a foothold in the arena of consumer engagement.

Anderson brings to the role nearly 20 years of experience in the marketing activation and music industries, leading strategic and creative experiential activation for clients including Microsoft, AT&T, Coke, Dick's Sporting Goods, HBO, Showtime and Turner Broadcasting.

Anderson has produced international tours for Grammy and Academy Award-winning artists including Jennifer Hudson and Maroon 5. As an Executive Producer, he has received two Event Marketer Ex Awards for Best Mobile Marketing and Best Use of Guerilla Marketing, and was shortlisted for a Cannes Lions award.

Most recently Anderson was Partner, Chief Experiential Officer at Omelet, playing an integral role in it becoming the fastest growing agency in Southern California.

Anderson, a graduate of The Ohio State University, currently resides in Los Angeles but will relocate to Billups' headquarters in Portland, Oregon by midsummer. He will report to Rick Robinson, EVP, Chief Strategy Officer.
